Description
SolaX TSYS-HS51 66.5 kWh (T-HS66.5) is the largest configuration of the family: the TBMS-S51-8 control unit, thirteen 5.1 kWh TB-HS51 modules and the Series Box; usable energy is 59.8 kWh. Thirteen modules is the limit the manufacturer sets for one BMS and one inverter battery port, so this variant is intended for a business that needs all the capacity a single system can give: production, a larger farm, refrigerated logistics, a hotel with a 30 kW class inverter and a 40–50 kW PV plant.
The upper limit of the family
The system operates in the 552–750 V range and delivers 39.9 kW rated (46.6 kW maximum) power – it is limited by the inverter. 59.8 kWh of usable energy is enough to power a business with an average 2–3 kW load around the clock, or to shift a large plant's production into the evening and night. When more capacity is needed, the X3-Ultra inverter has a second battery port to which a second such system with its own BMS is connected; the manufacturer's datasheet also lists the TC-Box-70 solution for three towers as upcoming.
Two towers
The towers measure 600 × 376 × 1,461 mm (7 modules) and 600 × 376 × 1,293 mm (6 modules); total weight with the Series Box and second base is 653.9 kg; the floor must bear four times the system weight (about 2,620 kg). Each tower stands against a non-combustible wall with a 100 mm gap to the wall and the inverter. The IP66 enclosure is rated for outdoor and indoor use; with heating it charges from −30 °C, without it from 0 °C, discharges from −20 °C, up to +53 °C. For 60 A the manufacturer specifies a 10 mm² cable.
Inverter compatibility
Thirteen modules is the upper limit in the compatibility lists of the three-phase SolaX X3-Hybrid G4 and X3-Ultra 15K–30K (3–13 modules). With the X3-Ultra the system connects to one port with the two-in-one cable (60 A); without it the port supplies 30 A. The inverter link is CAN and RS485; diagnostics and updates are remote. We check the inverter model before ordering.
Safety and warranty
LiFePO4 cells, an aerosol fire suppression module, a 750 V / 125 A DC fuse, more than 6,000 cycles (90% DOD). EU warranty is 10 years (SolaX Cloud registration within 90 days of commissioning, compatible SolaX inverter); 70% of capacity or 15.1 MWh of throughput per module is guaranteed. Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).
