Description
SolaX TSYS-HS51 46 kWh (T-HS46.0) is the TBMS-S51-8 control unit and nine 5.1 kWh TB-HS51 modules; usable energy is 41.4 kWh. It is the first configuration beyond a single eight-module tower and the first intended for three-phase inverters only – the single-phase X1-Hybrid G4 accepts at most 8 modules. Nine modules are chosen by a business with a 25–30 kW class inverter: production, a warehouse with refrigeration, a farm, a hotel or a rural tourism homestead with an evening consumption peak.
Two layout options
In the manufacturer's datasheet nine modules are shown as two towers – 4 + 5 modules (957 and 1,125 mm high) connected via the Series Box with a second base; the user manual also permits a single 1,797 mm tower. Two towers suit a lower room, one tower suits limited floor space. If you choose two towers, the Series Box (600 × 376 × 225 mm, 15 kg) is supplied additionally – we agree the layout before ordering. The combined weight of modules and BMS is 446.2 kg.
Power and voltage
Nine modules operate in the 382–520 V range and deliver 27.6 kW rated and 32.3 kW maximum power. 41.4 kWh of usable energy is enough to shift a large plant's daytime production into the evening shift or to keep critical equipment running through a long grid outage. Compared with 40.9 kWh – plus 5.1 kWh and 3 kW; the tenth module (51.2 kWh) raises power to 30.7 kW and uses a 30 kW inverter in full.
Installation and compatibility
The IP66 enclosure is rated for outdoor and indoor conditions; charging with heating from −30 °C, without it from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, up to +53 °C. Each tower stands on the floor against a non-combustible wall with a 100 mm gap, and the floor must bear four times the system weight. The configuration is on the official SolaX lists for the three-phase X3-Hybrid G4 and X3-Ultra 15K–30K (3–13 modules); with the X3-Ultra, 60 A requires the two-in-one cable. Communication is CAN and RS485. We check the inverter model before ordering.
Safety and warranty
LiFePO4 cells, an aerosol fire suppression module, a 750 V / 125 A DC fuse, more than 6,000 cycles (90% DOD). EU warranty is 10 years (SolaX Cloud registration within 90 days of commissioning, compatible SolaX inverter); 70% of capacity or 15.1 MWh of throughput per module is guaranteed. Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).
