Delivery and Returns
A short overview of how and how quickly we deliver, what it costs and what to do if you want to return a product. The full conditions are set out in the terms of sale.
Delivery method and times
We deliver by courier to your door anywhere in Lithuania. In-stock products are delivered within 1–3 business days of payment, and for made-to-order products we agree the delivery time with you within 1 business day.
Collection in person is not currently available – we ship by courier only. Bulky products, such as energy storage systems, – we contact you individually about their delivery.
Delivery cost
Delivery anywhere in Lithuania is free for every order – there are no extra charges in the cart. Prices are final – no VAT is charged (EVZONA, MB is not a VAT payer).
Receiving your shipment
When you receive the shipment, check the packaging in the courier's presence. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery document and email us at info@evzona.lt – we reply within 1 business day.
Returns within 14 days – free of charge
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please return the product unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories and documents. Returning costs you nothing: we send the courier and cover its cost.
Installed or used equipment is no longer considered new – in that case the refund may be reduced by the diminished value of the product. An installation service that has already been performed cannot be returned.
How to return a product
Email us at info@evzona.lt with your order number and the product you wish to return. Within 1 business day we will agree the courier pick-up time and address. Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documents and hand it over to the courier.
Refunds
We refund the money, including the delivery fee, using the same payment method you used, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. Refunds are usually issued within 5 business days of the product being returned.
Warranty and quality claims
For consumers, all products are covered by the statutory two-year quality guarantee and, in addition, by the manufacturer's warranty, whose term is shown next to the product where the manufacturer sets one. Installation work comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.
