Description

SolaX TSYS-HS51 61.4 kWh (T-HS61.4) is the TBMS-S51-8 control unit, twelve 5.1 kWh TB-HS51 modules and the Series Box; usable energy is 55.2 kWh. Twelve modules split into two identical towers of 6 – the most symmetrical layout among the large configurations, chosen by a business with a 30 kW class inverter and a PV plant of 40 kW or more: production, a logistics warehouse with refrigeration, a dairy farm, a hotel or a community building where evening and morning consumption exceeds daytime production.

Two identical towers

Both towers measure 600 × 376 × 1,293 mm (width × depth × height) – the equal height makes placement along one wall or on both sides of the inverter easier. Total weight with the Series Box and second base is 606.9 kg; the floor must bear four times the system weight (about 2,430 kg), so a concrete base is suitable. At least 100 mm from each tower to the non-combustible wall and the inverter.

Power and capacity

The system operates in the 509–694 V range, rated power 36.9 kW, maximum 43.0 kW – power is limited by the inverter, not the storage. 55.2 kWh of usable energy is enough for a whole day without sun in a business with an average load of about 5 kW, or for an evening shift with a 20–30 kW load. Compared with the 56.3 kWh variant, the sixth module in the second tower adds 5.1 kWh and equalises the tower heights; 66.5 kWh is the last step of the family.

Environment and compatibility

The IP66 enclosure is rated for outdoor and indoor conditions, humidity up to 100%; charging with heating from −30 °C, without it from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, up to +53 °C. The configuration is on the official SolaX lists for the three-phase X3-Hybrid G4 and X3-Ultra 15K–30K (3–13 modules); the X3-Ultra has two battery ports, each accepting up to 13 modules, and 60 A requires the two-in-one cable. Communication is CAN and RS485, with remote diagnostics and updates. We check the inverter model before ordering.

Safety and warranty

LiFePO4 cells, an aerosol fire suppression module, a 750 V / 125 A DC fuse, more than 6,000 cycles (90% DOD), 95% round-trip efficiency. EU warranty is 10 years (SolaX Cloud registration within 90 days of commissioning, compatible SolaX inverter); 70% of capacity or 15.1 MWh of throughput per module is guaranteed. Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).
