EVZONA

Terms of Sale

Valid from 2026-09-10

These purchase and sale terms (the “Terms”) set out the rights, obligations and liability of the buyer and of the seller, Evzona, MB, when products and installation services are purchased at a distance through the online shop evzona.lt. Please read the Terms carefully before placing an order: by placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

1. General provisions

The seller of the products and services is Evzona, MB, legal entity code 307787098 (the “Seller”). The Seller can be contacted by email at info@evzona.lt or by phone at +370 625 18789 on business days (Mon–Fri) 9:00–18:00.

The Terms are drawn up in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (the “Civil Code”), the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legislation. The Terms, together with the Buyer's order and its confirmation, constitute a distance purchase and sale contract.

The Seller may amend the Terms; an order is governed by the version in force at the time the order was placed, which is always published on this page.

2. Definitions

Buyer – a natural person with legal capacity who purchases products or services for personal, family or household purposes (a consumer), or a legal entity. Consumer rights (e.g. the right of withdrawal) apply only to Buyers who are consumers.

Shop – the online shop at evzona.lt. Products – the EV charging stations, energy storage systems, inverters, charging cables and accessories offered in the Shop; Services – the installation services provided by the Seller.

Order – the list of Products and/or Services compiled and paid for by the Buyer in the Shop. Contract – the distance purchase and sale contract between the Buyer and the Seller, concluded in the manner set out in the Terms.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The Buyer selects Products, adds them to the cart, enters contact and delivery details, reads the Terms and the privacy policy and confirms the order. Before confirming the order the Buyer receives the information required by Article 6.228⁷ of the Civil Code: the main characteristics of the Product, the final price, delivery costs, the payment and delivery arrangements and information about the right to withdraw from the Contract.

After confirming the order the Buyer is redirected to the environment of the payment service provider Montonio, where payment is made via the online-banking link of the selected bank (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut). After successful payment the Buyer is shown the order number. The Seller sends a confirmation of the Contract (the order summary and these Terms) to the Buyer's email address stated in the order within 1 business day and no later than the delivery of the Product. The Contract is deemed concluded from the moment the payment is received.

For Products marked “Ask for price” the Contract is concluded individually: after receiving the Buyer's enquiry the Seller assesses the Buyer's stated requirements and the Product configuration, contacts the Buyer and submits a quote stating the final price and the delivery time, and the Contract is concluded once the Buyer confirms the quote by email and pays for it.

4. Prices and payment

All prices in the Shop are in euros and are final – no VAT is charged (EVZONA, MB is not a VAT payer). Delivery costs are not included in the Product price – they are shown separately in the cart and in the order summary before payment. The Buyer is issued an invoice.

Orders are paid in advance via the Montonio payment platform. The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's online-banking credentials – these are processed only by the payment service provider and the Buyer's bank.

If the payment is not confirmed or is cancelled, the order is deemed not to have been placed and no money is charged to the Buyer's account.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered by courier to the door anywhere in Lithuania. In-stock Products are delivered within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment, and for Products marked “Made to order” the Seller agrees the delivery time with the Buyer within 1 business day of payment.

Delivery is free for every order. Collection in person is not currently available.

Bulky Products (e.g. energy storage systems) – the Seller contacts the Buyer individually about their delivery. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer when the Product is handed over to the Buyer or to a person designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier).

When accepting the shipment the Buyer should check the packaging and note any damage on the courier's delivery document. Please report any damage or missing Products by email to info@evzona.lt as soon as possible, preferably within 2 business days of receipt. This does not limit the statutory rights of a Buyer who is a consumer in respect of defective Products.

6. Right of withdrawal

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance Contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which the Product is received or, in the case of Services, of the day on which the Contract is concluded (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code). It is sufficient to notify us by email at info@evzona.lt, stating the order number; the model withdrawal form may also be used (pavyzdinę formą atsiųsime el. paštu jūsų prašymu).

Returns are free of charge for the Buyer: after receiving the notice the Seller arranges a courier pick-up time within 1 business day and bears the direct cost of returning the Product itself. We ask that the returned Product be unused, complete, in its original packaging and with all accessories and documents.

The Seller refunds all amounts paid by the Buyer, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, but may withhold the refund until the Product has been returned (Article 6.228¹¹ of the Civil Code). We usually issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving the Product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to an installation Service that has been fully performed after the Buyer gave prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the Service was fully performed, or to Products manufactured or configured to the Buyer's individual specifications. If installation work was started during the withdrawal period at the Buyer's request and the Buyer then withdraws from the Contract, the Buyer pays an amount proportionate to the work actually performed up to the withdrawal. If the Product has been installed or used, or its value has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the Buyer is liable for the diminished value and the Seller may reduce the refund accordingly.

7. Warranty and quality

The Seller undertakes to deliver Products that conform to the Contract. A Buyer who is a consumer benefits from the statutory two-year quality guarantee: the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity with the Contract that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery of the Product (Articles 6.363–6.364 of the Civil Code).

If a lack of conformity is established, the Buyer is entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced free of charge within a reasonable time or, where this is impossible or disproportionate, to a price reduction or to termination of the Contract with a refund (the Contract cannot be terminated if the lack of conformity is minor). Please send quality claims by email to info@evzona.lt, stating the order number, a description of the defect and, where possible, photographs.

In addition, Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the duration of which, where set by the manufacturer, is shown for the Product under “Warranty” (e.g. 10 years for most energy storage systems). It does not limit the Buyer's statutory rights and does not cover defects caused by improper installation, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or mechanical damage.

Installation work is covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty (see Section 8).

8. Installation services

The Seller provides installation Services for charging stations and energy storage systems throughout Lithuania. The work is carried out by certified electricians in accordance with the applicable electrical installation and safety regulations, and every installation includes a wiring inspection, protective automation and commissioning tests.

Standard installation costs €449 and covers the installation of a home charging station of up to 11 kW where the distribution board is within 5 m: up to 5 m of cable routing, a circuit breaker and a residual current device, station mounting, commissioning and app configuration. The Seller agrees the installation date with the Buyer after the order is placed.

Extended installation (three-phase connection up to 22 kW, dynamic load balancing, distribution board upgrade) and energy storage installation are quoted individually. When ordering such a Service the Buyer pays only for the Product, and the Seller assesses the site conditions and the Buyer's requirements, selects the most suitable solution and submits a quote; work starts only after the Buyer has confirmed the quote, and the schedule is agreed individually.

The Buyer undertakes to provide access to the site and the distribution board at the agreed time, to provide available information about the electrical installation and, where necessary, to obtain the consent of third parties (e.g. the apartment building owners' association) – the Seller helps to obtain it. If on arrival it turns out that the site does not meet the conditions for standard installation, the Seller provides a revised quote, which the Buyer may decline.

Installation work is covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty from the date of handover; it does not cover defects caused by subsequent changes to the installation by the Buyer or third parties, disturbances in the electricity grid or improper use of the equipment.

9. Personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in order to fulfil orders, provide Services and comply with accounting obligations, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Detailed information about the data processed, retention periods, recipients and the Buyer's rights is provided in the privacy policy at www.evzona.lt/en/privatumas.

By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they have read the privacy policy. Questions regarding personal data may be sent by email to info@evzona.lt.

10. Dispute resolution

In the event of a disagreement the Buyer first contacts the Seller in writing by email at info@evzona.lt, stating the order number, the claim and the supporting documents. The Seller provides a detailed, reasoned reply no later than 14 days after receiving the request (Article 21 of the Law on Consumer Protection).

If the Seller does not satisfy the claim of a Buyer who is a consumer or does not reply within the set period, the Buyer who is a consumer has the right, in the manner prescribed by the Law on Consumer Protection, to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, tel. +370 5 262 6760, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, website www.vvtat.lt) for out-of-court resolution of the consumer dispute. The Buyer also has the right to apply to the court.

Disputes with Buyers who are not consumers are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller's registered office.

11. Final provisions

The Terms and the Contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If any provision of the Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Notices to the Seller are sent by email to info@evzona.lt, and notices to the Buyer to the email address stated in the order. This version of the Terms is effective from 2026-09-10.
