Description
SolaX TSYS-HS51 56.3 kWh (T-HS56.3) is the TBMS-S51-8 control unit, eleven 5.1 kWh TB-HS51 modules and the Series Box connecting the second tower; usable energy is 50.6 kWh. It is the first configuration that the manufacturer builds as two towers in all documents – 6 + 5 modules. It is intended for a business where capacity matters more than power: a cold store, a dairy farm, a hotel or a two-shift production where a 30 kW inverter runs for long hours but not at full power.
Capacity when the inverter limits power
Eleven modules operate in the 467–636 V range and deliver 33.8 kW rated (39.4 kW maximum) power – more than a 30 kW class inverter accepts, so a power reserve remains and the storage works at a lower relative load. 50.6 kWh of usable energy is enough to store a 30–40 kW plant's daytime production and release it from evening to morning. Compared with the 51.2 kWh variant, not only a module is added but also the Series Box with a second base, because the single-tower limit is exceeded.
Two towers
The towers measure 600 × 376 × 1,293 mm (6 modules) and 600 × 376 × 1,125 mm (5 modules); total system weight with the Series Box and second base is 559.9 kg; the floor must bear four times the system weight (about 2,240 kg). The towers stand side by side or on both sides of the inverter, each against a non-combustible wall with a 100 mm gap. The IP66 enclosure suits an outdoor wall and an unheated warehouse: charging with heating from −30 °C, without it from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, up to +53 °C. Connection cable for 60 A – 10 mm².
Inverter compatibility
The configuration is on the official SolaX lists for the three-phase X3-Hybrid G4 and X3-Ultra 15K–30K (3–13 modules). With the X3-Ultra the whole 11-module system connects to one battery port with the two-in-one cable (60 A), leaving the second port free. Communication is CAN and RS485, with remote diagnostics and updates. We check the inverter model before ordering.
Safety and warranty
LiFePO4 cells, an aerosol fire suppression module, a 750 V / 125 A DC fuse, protection class I, more than 6,000 cycles (90% DOD). EU warranty is 10 years (SolaX Cloud registration within 90 days of commissioning, compatible SolaX inverter); 70% of capacity or 15.1 MWh of throughput per module is guaranteed. Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).
