Description

"SolaX T-BAT HS43.2" is the twelve-module "T-BAT-SYS-HV-S3.6" system, 44.2 kWh (39.8 kWh usable), made up of two identical six-module towers. The symmetrical construction – the controller with 6 modules and the "Series Box" with 6 modules, both 1,072 mm high – is the tidiest two-tower variant for a technical room. It is meant for a three-phase farm, production or service company with a 30–40 kW solar plant and an "X3-Hybrid G4" or "X3-Ultra" inverter.

Almost 40 kWh for work after sunset

39.8 kWh of usable energy is enough for the evening shift in production, night refrigeration on a dairy or vegetable farm, or the morning peak in a hotel. Compared with the 40.5 kWh variant you get one more module and two towers of equal height, which are easier to arrange; compared with 47.9 kWh, a smaller investment when the inverter's power would not allow a larger battery to be used anyway. Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).

Power and voltage

Twelve modules operate in the 540–695 V range (614.4 V nominal); rated power 21.5 kW, maximum 30.7 kW. With the 30 A "X3-Hybrid G4" battery port about 18.4 kW is available, with the "X3-Ultra" two paralleled ports (50 A) the full maximum power.

Two-tower system

The set consists of the "TBMS-MCS0800" controller with its base, 12 modules and a separately purchased "Series Box" with a base and 2.2–2.3 m cables between the towers. The total mass is about 451 kg, each tower has a 510 × 365 mm footprint. The floor must take more than 500 kg/m².

Installation

The IP65 enclosures suit an unheated room: charging from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, with the heating function enabled from −30 °C; the heating signal for the second tower is passed through the "Series Box" HEAT port. The production dates of all modules must differ by no more than 3 months.

Compatibility

HS43.2 is listed in the "SolaX" declaration with "X3-Hybrid G2" and "X3-Hybrid G4" and in the battery selection guide with "X3-Ultra". Communication is CAN 2.0 or RS485; we check the inverter model and firmware before the order.

Safety and warranty

LFP cells, an aerosol fire suppression module, a 750 V / 60 A fuse, more than 6,000 cycles. The EU warranty is 10 years on the hardware; at least 70% of nominal energy or 11.2 MWh of throughput per module.
