Description
"SolaX T-BAT HS14.4" is the four-module "T-BAT-SYS-HV-S3.6" tower, 14.7 kWh (13.3 kWh usable). It is the most frequently offered configuration of this family: the capacity fits within the 15 kWh limit of the planned APVA call, and four modules are the first step listed in the "SolaX" declaration for both single-phase "X1-Hybrid" and three-phase "X3-Hybrid" inverters. It suits an 8–10 kW solar plant and a home where a heat pump runs or a car charges in the evenings.
Capacity at the support limit
13.3 kWh of usable energy is enough for an evening in a home with a heat pump in the transitional season or with a small daily top-up of an electric car. Compared with the 11 kWh variant you get not only a third more capacity but also the choice of a three-phase inverter; compared with 18.4 kWh, the whole capacity still falls within the compensated limit. Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).
Power and voltage
Four modules operate in the 180–232 V range (204.8 V nominal), rated power 7.1 kW, maximum 10.2 kW. With an "X1-" or "X3-Hybrid G4", whose battery port passes 30 A, you will actually get about 6.1 kW – already enough to feed the heat pump and the kitchen at the same time. If your inverter is more powerful and you want to use its full battery power, the 18.4 kWh or a larger variant is worth choosing.
Installation
The tower is 510 × 365 × 797 mm, about 159 kg with the base, so it stands on a level floor rated for more than 500 kg/m². The IP65 enclosure allows installation in a garage, boiler room or under a canopy; charging from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, with the heating function enabled from −30 °C. Modules stack on top of each other without cables, and the communication between them connects automatically.
Compatibility
HS14.4 is in the manufacturer's declaration with "X1-Hybrid G3/G4" and "X3-Hybrid G2/G4" (minimum firmware versions specified), and in the "SolaX" battery selection guide also with "X3-Ultra" (4–13 modules per port). Communication with the inverter is CAN 2.0 or RS485; we check the inverter model by its label before the order.
Safety and warranty
LFP cells, an aerosol fire suppression module, a 750 V / 60 A fuse, more than 6,000 cycles. The EU warranty is 10 years on the hardware, at least 70% of nominal energy or 11.2 MWh of throughput per module.
