EVZONA

Description

"SolaX T-BAT HS39.6" is the eleven-module "T-BAT-SYS-HV-S3.6" system, 40.5 kWh (36.5 kWh usable). It is the first two-tower configuration: according to the manufacturer's manual one tower holds up to 10 modules, so the eleventh module requires a second tower and a separately purchased "Series Box", which connects both towers in series. The system is meant for a three-phase business with a 30 kW class solar plant and an "X3-Hybrid G4" or "X3-Ultra" inverter.

When a second tower is worth it

If 36.8 kWh is not enough but 44.2 kWh is still too much, HS39.6 lets you add one module without moving into the next price class. A two-tower system is also convenient when the room is low: instead of a 1,622 mm tower two are built – 1,072 mm (controller and 6 modules) and 934.5 mm (Series Box and 5 modules). Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).

Power and voltage

Eleven modules operate in the 495–636 V range (563.2 V nominal); rated power 19.7 kW, maximum 28.1 kW. With the 30 A "X3-Hybrid G4" battery port about 16.9 kW is available, with the "X3-Ultra" two paralleled ports (50 A) the full maximum power.

Two-tower system

The set consists of the "TBMS-MCS0800" controller with its base, 11 modules and a "Series Box" (510 × 157 × 365 mm, 10 kg) with its own base and the cables to join the towers. The total mass is about 417 kg, the towers stand side by side on a floor rated for more than 500 kg/m². The "Series Box" is purchased separately – we include it in the offer together with the system.

Installation

The IP65 enclosures suit an unheated technical room or garage: charging from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, with the heating function enabled from −30 °C. The production dates of all 11 modules must differ by no more than 3 months, so the system is ordered in one go.

Compatibility

HS39.6 is listed in the "SolaX" declaration with "X3-Hybrid G2" and "X3-Hybrid G4" (firmware versions specified) and in the battery selection guide with "X3-Ultra". Communication is CAN 2.0 or RS485; we check the inverter model before the order.

Safety and warranty

LFP cells, an aerosol fire suppression module in both towers, a 750 V / 60 A fuse, more than 6,000 cycles. The EU warranty is 10 years on the hardware; at least 70% of nominal energy or 11.2 MWh of throughput per module.
