Description
"SolaX T-BAT HS10.8" is the three-module "T-BAT-SYS-HV-S3.6" configuration: the "TBMS-MCS0800" controller and three 3.6 kWh modules, 11 kWh in total (10.0 kWh usable). It is the lowest tower in the family – 659.5 mm high – and the smallest variant we offer: it is meant for a single-phase home with a 5–8 kW solar plant and ordinary evening consumption without a heat pump. The storage stands on the floor next to a "SolaX" hybrid inverter.
Who 11 kWh is enough for
Ten usable kilowatt-hours cover the evening and night for a home whose largest loads are the cooker, washing machine and water heater. If you are planning a heat pump or an electric car, go straight for the 14.7 kWh or a larger variant – a fourth module can be added later, but the manufacturer asks for that to be done within a year of installation following its extension procedure, and in this case the whole storage capacity fits within the 15 kWh limit of the planned APVA call. Under the terms of the planned 2026 APVA call, the compensation is calculated per capacity (170 €/kWh, up to 15 kWh).
Power and voltage
Three modules operate in the 135–174 V range (153.6 V nominal) and deliver 5.3 kW rated and 7.6 kW maximum power. The "X1-Hybrid G4" battery port passes up to 30 A, so with this inverter you will actually get about 4.6 kW – more than enough for a single-phase home's evening loads, but worth knowing if you want to heat the water tank and cook at the same time.
Installation
The tower is 510 × 365 mm, about 125 kg with the base, and the IP65 enclosure suits a garage or an unheated boiler room. Charging is possible from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, and with the heating function enabled from −30 °C. Leave 30–200 mm to the wall and more than 400 mm in front.
Compatibility
This configuration is in the "SolaX" compatibility declaration with the single-phase "X1-Hybrid G3" and "X1-Hybrid G4" inverters (a firmware version is specified). With the three-phase "X3-Hybrid G2/G4" the declaration starts at 4 modules, so for a three-phase home we suggest the 14.7 kWh variant. We check the inverter model and firmware before the order; communication is CAN 2.0 or RS485.
Safety and warranty
LFP cells, an aerosol fire suppression module, a 750 V / 60 A fuse, more than 6,000 cycles. The EU warranty is 10 years on the hardware, at least 70% of nominal energy or 11.2 MWh of throughput per module, and 2 years on the screen.
