Description

The Dyness Tower Pro TP23 is the full six-module high-voltage (HV) tower, 23.04 kWh (21.888 kWh usable), the largest single-tower configuration. It is the solution for a large home with several heavy loads or for a commercial site – a shop, a workshop with machine tools, a farm or a guest house – that needs both high capacity and high power from one battery.

Maximum capacity and power from one tower

Six 3.84 kWh modules work in the 504–648 V range and deliver up to 23.04 kW (1C) – so a 20 kW-class inverter will use up to 20 kW of it, and only larger inverters (e.g. Solis S6-EH3P(29.9–50)K-H) take the full 23.04 kW. When even more is needed, additional towers are connected in parallel – up to 12 (276.48 kWh); the manufacturer's conditions: towers of the same model and module count, charged to 100 %, a new tower added as early as possible (within 6 months per the manual; the Dyness expansion conditions allow up to 3 years, 2 recommended), parallel expansion agreed with Dyness technical support in advance and carried out by a certified installer.

Installation and location

Modules stack without internal cables. The IP55 enclosure and the operating temperature limits allow the tower to stand in an unheated room: discharge from −10 °C (from −20 °C per the manufacturer's 2026 datasheet), charge from 0 °C; with the optional heating function both from −20 °C. The base and the control unit are fixed to the wall as the manual requires (brackets and anchor bolts are included), and the included 2 m power and communication cables mean the tower stands next to the inverter. Dimensions 587 × 310 × 1658 mm, weight 271.5 kg (per the manufacturer's 2026 datasheet) – a level, solid floor and service clearance are needed.

Inverter compatibility

Tower Pro is on the 2026 Dyness compatibility list with Kostal, Ingeteam, Solis, GoodWe, SAJ, Deye, Hoymiles, Solinteg and Kaco inverters; it communicates with the inverter over CAN or RS485. Because of its 648 V upper voltage, TP23 is marked on the Dyness list with Solis S6-EH3P(12–20)K-H and S6-EH3P(29.9–50)K-H inverters but not with the 3–10 kW models – for those the largest configuration is TP19. Solis lists Tower Pro TP7–TP19 on its own side, so we confirm the TP23 pairing with a Solis inverter with the supplier before ordering.

Safety and warranty

LiFePO4 cells, a built-in aerosol fire-suppression system, passive cell balancing by the BMS, at least 8,000 charge cycles (0.2C, 25 °C, 95 % DoD, to 70 % EOL) and a 10-year manufacturer's warranty – valid with a compatible inverter and active BMS communication (3 years without it); after registration on the Dyness website an extension to 15 years can be purchased (subject to Dyness conditions). In previous APVA calls, compensation was calculated per kWh of battery capacity and granted to those already installed, and the funds ran out within a day, so it pays to install and prepare the documents in advance; the conditions of the new call will be published by APVA (the Energy Ministry's 2026 call plan mentions a rate of 170 €/kWh).
