Description

The Dyness Tower Pro TP19 is a five-module high-voltage (HV) tower, 19.2 kWh (18.24 kWh usable). It is the configuration for a larger home where a heat pump, an electric cooker and a water heater run together, or for a small business – a hair salon, a workshop, a café – that wants to work from its own solar energy in the evening and at night.

When 15 kWh is not enough

Five 3.84 kWh modules work in the 420–540 V range and deliver up to 19.2 kW (1C); the actual power is limited by your hybrid inverter. This capacity is needed when a home or site uses 15–18 kWh on a winter evening, or when you want the battery to last longer during an outage. In previous APVA calls compensation was calculated for capacity up to 15 kWh – the remaining capacity is your investment in greater independence. A sixth module can be added if needed (23.04 kWh). Expansion is possible within 3 years of commissioning (Dyness recommends within 2; later only after prior agreement with Dyness technical support), only with identical HV9640 modules whose production dates differ by no more than 3 years, and after the manufacturer's state-of-charge matching procedure – carried out by the installer.

Installation and location

Modules stack without internal cables. The IP55 enclosure and the operating temperature limits allow the tower to stand in an unheated room: discharge from −10 °C (from −20 °C per the manufacturer's 2026 datasheet), charge from 0 °C; with the optional heating function both from −20 °C. The base and the control unit are fixed to the wall as the manual requires (brackets and anchor bolts are included), and the included 2 m power and communication cables mean the tower stands next to the inverter. Dimensions 587 × 310 × 1438 mm, weight 231 kg (per the manufacturer's 2026 datasheet) – a level, solid floor is needed.

Inverter compatibility

Tower Pro is on the 2026 Dyness compatibility list with Kostal, Ingeteam, Solis, GoodWe, SAJ, Deye, Hoymiles, Solinteg and Kaco inverters; it communicates with the inverter over CAN or RS485. On the Dyness list TP19 is marked with Solis S6-EH3P(3–10)K-H (PRO) and S6-EH3P(12–20)K-H hybrid inverters; on the 12–20 kW models the battery option “Dyness HV” is selected, and for the 3–10 kW model we check the exact variant and firmware against your inverter label before ordering. With Solis S6-EH3P(3–10)K-H (PRO) it is the largest Tower Pro configuration on the Dyness list.

Safety and warranty

LiFePO4 cells, a built-in aerosol fire-suppression system, passive cell balancing by the BMS, at least 8,000 charge cycles (0.2C, 25 °C, 95 % DoD, to 70 % EOL) and a 10-year manufacturer's warranty – valid with a compatible inverter and active BMS communication (3 years without it); after registration on the Dyness website an extension to 15 years can be purchased (subject to Dyness conditions).
