Description
The Dyness STACK100-15S is a fifteen-module high-voltage (HV) LiFePO4 battery: 76.8 kWh nominal capacity, 72.96 kWh usable energy (95% DOD). It is the largest configuration under one controller (BDU) for a factory or logistics centre with a 70–80 kW solar plant and a 60–125 kW-class hybrid inverter. Indoor installation (IP20).
Capacity and power
Fifteen modules operate in the 672–876 V range – the highest in the series, so the inverter's battery input must accept 876 V. Recommended charge and discharge power is 38.4 kW (0.5C), with short peaks up to 76.8 kW (1C). No more modules can be added to the cluster – expansion is only possible with parallel 15S towers: up to 12 clusters and 921.6 kWh, and only the 15S reaches this limit of the whole system.
Two columns, one controller
A single column of 15 modules would reach 2,236 mm and require over 2.4 m of free height, which is why the manufacturer recommends two columns, for example 8 + 7: the first on the base with the BDU, the second on the expansion base with cover (kit C). The columns are connected in series and work as one tower; the taller one (with the BDU) reaches about 1.3 m, the lower one about 1.1 m, and 0.46 m² of floor is needed. Weight 727 kg plus 12.5 kg for the expansion kit, about 400 kg under the taller column.
Installation and location
The modules stack without cables and the columns are secured to the wall. Discharging from −20 °C, charging from 0 °C, fan cooling up to 55 dB. Clearances: 300 mm between the columns on the fan side, 500 mm to other equipment, 200 mm above the modules.
Inverter compatibility
In the Dyness list (12/2025) the 15S is marked only with Deye SUN-60~80K-SG02HP3, Growatt WIT 50~100K and WIT 29.9~50K-XHU, Solis S6-EH3P 75–125 kW and Sinexcel PWS1-135M. Kostal, Ingeteam, Megarevo, TBB Power and Sinexcel PWS1-150~250K, still marked with the 14S, are no longer here – for them the 14S or two smaller parallel towers are the choice. Communication is CAN or RS485; we check your inverter model against its label before you order.
Safety and warranty
The largest cluster has the largest guaranteed throughput: 226.36 MWh or at least 70% of usable energy after 10 years (EU terms, with an active inverter connection; 3 years without it). Fifteen modules mean fifteen separate aerosol extinguishers, LiFePO4 cells, more than 8,000 cycles.
