Description

The Dyness STACK100-14S is a fourteen-module high-voltage (HV) LiFePO4 battery: 71.68 kWh nominal capacity, 68.10 kWh usable energy (95% DOD). It is a symmetrical two-column configuration of 7 modules each for an industrial site with a 60–70 kW solar plant and a 50–100 kW-class hybrid inverter. Indoor installation (IP20).

Capacity and power

Fourteen modules operate in the 627–818 V range – the window exceeds 800 V, so the inverter must be designed for commercial HV batteries. Recommended charge and discharge power is 35.84 kW (0.5C), with short peaks up to 71.68 kW (1C): a 60–80 kW-class inverter works between the recommended (35.84 kW) and maximum (71.68 kW) rates. The second column has room for one more module (15S); beyond that, parallel towers (up to 12, 860 kWh).

Two columns of 7 modules

7 + 7 modules: the first column on the base with the BDU, the second on the expansion base with cover (kit C), both connected in series and managed by one BDU. A single column of 14 modules would reach 2,103 mm and require over 2.3 m of free height, which is why the manufacturer recommends two columns (with the BDU – 1,168 mm, the second on the expansion base with cover – about 1,105 mm), 0.46 m² of floor. Weight 680 kg plus 12.5 kg for the expansion kit.

Installation and location

The modules stack without cables and the columns are secured to the wall. Charging from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C, fan cooling up to 55 dB. Clearances: 300 mm between the columns on the fan side, 500 mm to other equipment, 200 mm above the modules.

Inverter compatibility

In the Dyness list (12/2025) the 14S is marked with Deye SUN-60~80K-SG02HP3, Growatt WIT 50~100K and WIT 29.9~50K-XHU, Solis S6-EH3P 75–125 kW, Kostal PLENTICORE G3 and MP G3, Ingeteam 100TL, Sinexcel PWS1-150~250K and PWS1-135M, Megarevo and TBB Power. Growatt WIT 50~100K and Sinexcel PWS1-135M only appear in the list from the 14S, while Kostal, Ingeteam, Megarevo and TBB Power are marked with the 14S for the last time. Communication is CAN or RS485; we verify the inverter model from its label before you order.

Safety and warranty

Safety: LiFePO4 cells, an aerosol extinguisher in each of the 14 modules, a BDU DC breaker, IEC 62619 / 63056 / 62477 certification. The warranty is 10 years in Europe with an active inverter connection (3 years without it); at least 70% of usable energy or 211.27 MWh of throughput is guaranteed.
