Description

The Dyness STACK314-9S is a nine-module high-voltage (HV) LiFePO4 battery: 144.72 kWh nominal capacity, 137.5 kWh usable energy (95% DOD). It is the first two-column configuration – the manufacturer allows up to 8 modules in one column, so the 9S includes the expansion kit: a second base, a cover and the power and communication cables linking the columns. The system is meant for a manufacturing company or logistics centre with a 100 kW class plant whose ceiling or floor load does not allow a single tall column.

Capacity and power

Nine 16.08 kWh modules operate in the 403–525 V range (nominal voltage 460.8 V). The recommended 140 A current corresponds to 64.5 kW, the maximum continuous 200 A to 92.2 kW. Compared with the 8S, the capacity grows by 16 kWh while the inverter list stays the same – the difference is that from 9S the layout changes to two columns, which solves the height question and allows 6 more modules to be added later (up to 15S, 241.2 kWh) without extra hardware.

Installation and location

In the main column the SBDU200 controller stands on the base, in the second the expansion base (133 mm) and cover (80 mm); the modules stack without internal wiring, and the columns are linked with the included 50 mm² cables and a communication cable. Two 770 × 425 mm footprints are occupied, total weight about 1,073 kg plus 18.5 kg of expansion hardware. We agree the split of modules between the columns at the design stage. Indoor installation (IP20), charging from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C.

Inverter compatibility

In the Dyness list (06/2026) nine modules are marked with ATESS HPS 30/50/100/120/150 and HPS30000/40000/50000TL, Deye SUN-29.9–50K-SG01HP3-EU-BM3/4 and SUN-60–80K-SG02HP3-EU-EM6, Growatt WIT 29.9–50K-XHU, Hiconics MH-HYIV29.9/30.0-TH, Solinteg MHT-25–50K-100, M2HT-25–50K-150 and M2HT-75–125kW-300, Solis S6-EH3P(3–10)K-H, (12–20)K-H, (29.9–50)K-H and (75–125)K10-NV-YD-H, Sosen SSE-HH30-60K-P3 and SRNE IESP 50–60kW. Communication is CAN or RS485; we check your inverter model against its label before you order.

Safety and warranty

Nine aerosol extinguishers – one per module in both columns; the DC breaker sits in the main-column controller. BMS with cell balancing, more than 8,000 cycles (0.2C, 25 °C), UN38.3 and IEC 62619. Warranty – 10 years under the Dyness warranty terms; registration through the Dyness app.
