Description

The Dyness STACK314-8S is an eight-module high-voltage (HV) LiFePO4 battery: 128.64 kWh nominal capacity, 122.2 kWh usable energy (95% DOD). It is the largest configuration the manufacturer allows in a single column – 8 modules is the column limit. The system is meant for production, a logistics warehouse or a farm with a 100 kW class solar plant, when it matters to use a single 770 × 425 mm footprint and not split the system into two columns.

Capacity and power

Eight 16.08 kWh modules operate in the 358–467 V range (nominal voltage 409.6 V). The recommended 140 A current corresponds to 57.3 kW, the maximum continuous 200 A to 81.9 kW. Compared with the 7S, 16 kWh and one more ATESS model line in the list are added – the HPS 30/50/100/120/150 series. Further expansion is possible only with the expansion kit (second base, cover, cables) into a second column – if you already foresee 9–15 modules, choose a variant with the expansion kit.

Installation and location

Eight modules are placed one on top of another above the SBDU200 controller without internal wiring; brackets, CAN/RS485 and power cables are included. The column height by the manufacturer's formula is 2,133 mm (the manual states about 2,208 mm), and above the system the manufacturer requires 450 mm of clearance – the room must be higher than 2,658 mm. The weight is about 958 kg on one footprint – only a concrete floor on the ground floor or in a basement is suitable. Indoor installation (IP20), charging from 0 °C, discharging from −20 °C.

Inverter compatibility

In the Dyness list (06/2026) eight modules are marked with ATESS HPS 30/50/100/120/150 (from 8S) and HPS30000/40000/50000TL, Deye SUN-29.9–50K-SG01HP3-EU-BM3/4 and SUN-60–80K-SG02HP3-EU-EM6, Growatt WIT 29.9–50K-XHU, Hiconics MH-HYIV29.9/30.0-TH, Solinteg MHT-25–50K-100, M2HT-25–50K-150 and M2HT-75–125kW-300, Solis S6-EH3P(3–10)K-H, (12–20)K-H, (29.9–50)K-H and (75–125)K10-NV-YD-H, Sosen SSE-HH30-60K-P3 and SRNE IESP 50–60kW. Communication is CAN or RS485; we check your inverter model against its label before you order.

Safety and warranty

Eight aerosol extinguishers (one per module), a DC breaker in the controller, BMS with cell balancing; more than 8,000 cycles (0.2C, 25 °C), UN38.3 and IEC 62619. Balancing charge – every 10–12 months. Warranty – 10 years under the Dyness warranty terms; registration through the Dyness app.
