Description

The SolaX X3-HYB-10.0-P is a 10 kW (up to 11 kVA) three-phase hybrid inverter from the G4 PRO series. It differs from the standard 10 kW G4 by two battery ports, three independent MPPTs, IP66 housing, an LCD display and a generator mode – and by being cooled naturally, without a fan. It is the PRO model for a home with 10 kW of permitted power that needs a large battery (two towers or one at 50 A) and a quiet inverter.

Two battery ports

BAT1 and BAT2 work in the 120–800 V range (the manufacturer recommends about 400 V): one port delivers up to 30 A, both together 25 A each (50 A in total), and with the separately purchased 2-in-1 cable one tower receives up to 50 A. In practice that means two T-BAT SYS-HV-S36 or TSYS-HS51 towers of 3–13 modules on each port. The full 10 kW from the battery already comes from a 7-module tower (358 V × 30 A) or two 4-module towers (204.8 V × 25 A each). Only lithium batteries connect.

Three MPPTs and short strings

Three MPPTs with one string each up to 20 A (short-circuit 25 A), MPPT window 110–950 V, start-up from 120 V, full power in the 330–800 V window. Three roof planes – south, east and west – each work on their own tracker, and the low start-up allows a short string, e.g. on a carport or a garage. Array up to 20 kWp (200 %), maximum efficiency 98.0 %.

Backup and generator

EPS 10 kVA, switchover faster than 10 ms, 10 s peak – double, 20 kVA (standard 10 kW G4 – 18 kVA). Generator and microgrid modes – for a long outage a generator is connected. For whole-house switching – the X3-EPS Box. In parallel – up to 10 inverters.

Installation and communication

Housing 560 × 503 × 210 mm, 38 kg, IP66; natural cooling, noise below 35 dB. Operating temperature −35 °C to +60 °C (derating above 45 °C). Type II SPD on the DC and AC side, insulation and residual-current monitoring, optional AFCI. Communication: RS485, CAN, DRM, DI/DO, separate heat-pump and DataHub terminals, LCD display, DTSU666 meter or CT; SolaX Cloud via the Pocket Wi-Fi + LAN dongle.

Compatibility and warranty

Official SolaX list for the PRO series: T-BAT SYS-HV-S36, S51, S25 (3–13 modules per port), HV-3.0 and T58 (2–4), S50E-D and T58 V3 (2–6). Warranty 5 years, 10 years once connected to SolaX Cloud and registered.
