Teltonika TeltoCharge 22 kW with a tethered 5 m Type 2 cable (code EVC121000000) is the highest-power cable configuration: up to 22 kW on three phases (32 A), up to 7.4 kW on one phase, cable always in place. It suits a home or business where the same car is charged every day – a company car, a single-phase hybrid, an EV with a 22 kW charger.

Who this configuration is for

The cable version is convenient when one or two of the same cars use the station: no need to take the cable out of the boot each time, and 5 m reaches a car beside or in front of the station. The 32 A limit means a single-phase car gets up to 7.4 kW (3.7 kW in the 11 kW version), and a three-phase car with a 22 kW charger gets the full 22 kW; for a car that accepts 11 kW both versions charge at the same rate. For different drivers with their own cables the 22 kW socket version is the more sensible choice.

Supply and dynamic load management

32 A per phase is a heavy load, so install the station with an external meter in the main cabinet (Modbus RS-485): dynamic load management lowers the current according to the rest of the house's consumption, and when less than 6 A is left on a phase it switches to single-phase mode; the phase priority is selectable and three-phase charging can be switched off. The supply cable is 6–7.5 mm² (ferrules included); overcurrent protection of at least 32 A (the manufacturer recommends 40 A); a Type B RCD is mandatory on the line – it is not in the box. Supported meters include Eastron SDM, Carlo Gavazzi, Siemens PAC, ABB and others.

Cable, app, solar

The cable is IP54, UL94 V-0, 10,000 plug-in cycles; there is no cable-lock setting here – it exists only on socket versions. In the Teltonika Energy app (pairing over Bluetooth) you set the current, a schedule and peak hours, and authorisation by app or NFC card; connectivity is Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz and Ethernet (RJ45), no GSM modem; OCPP 1.6 JSON is for an operator platform. With a supported meter the Solar only, ECO and ECO+ modes work.

Housing and warranty

170 × 94 × 341 mm (without cable), IP56 / IK10, from −30 °C to +50 °C; wall mounting at three points or on a TeltoCharge pole (sold separately). Built-in 30 mA AC / 6 mA DC residual current monitoring plus voltage, current and temperature monitoring. The front plate is not included – the cable version needs the cable-type plate. Warranty: 36 months from the date of purchase.
