Teltonika TeltoCharge 11 kW with a Type 2 socket (code EVC110000000) is a first-generation station that draws 16 A on three phases and delivers up to 11 kW, or up to 3.7 kW on one phase. It is the simplest variant in the family: no cable, no front plate, no GSM modem. It suits a house with a three-phase supply where the car charges overnight with its own cable, and places with different cars.

Who 11 kW is enough for

If your car's on-board charger accepts up to 11 kW, this station delivers everything the car can take. On one phase the limit is 16 A, i.e. 3.7 kW – if your car or hybrid charges on one phase only and itself accepts 7.4 kW, the 22 kW version is the better choice. 16 A per phase is a moderate load for a three-phase supply; with an external Modbus RS-485 meter, dynamic load management lowers the current further according to the rest of the house's consumption, and when less than 6 A is left on a phase it switches to single-phase mode.

Socket – your own cable and a lock

A Type 2 socket (IEC 62196-2) means you use the car's cable, and no lead hangs on the wall. Only the socket version has the cable-lock setting in the app: you can lock the cable in the socket even when no charging is in progress, so it stays at the station in a yard or car park. Over OCPP the operator unlocks the connector remotely (UnlockConnector works only on socket versions). The front plate is ordered separately; the socket version takes a different plate from the cable version.

Connectivity, app and authorisation

Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth and Ethernet (RJ45); the 11 kW model has no GSM modem. In the Teltonika Energy app you set the current from 6 A up to the installer's maximum, a schedule and peak hours, and enable authorisation by app or NFC card; OCPP 1.6 JSON connects the station to an operator platform. With a supported meter the solar modes Solar only, ECO and ECO+ are available.

Installation and safety

The housing is 170 × 94 × 341 mm, 2.8 kg, IP56 / IK10, operating from −30 °C to +50 °C – suitable outdoors and in an unheated garage. It mounts on a wall at three points or on a TeltoCharge pole (sold separately); the supply cable is 6–7.5 mm², ferrules included. Built-in 30 mA AC / 6 mA DC residual current monitoring, but a Type B residual current device and a circuit breaker are mandatory on the line – neither is in the box. Warranty: 36 months from the date of purchase.
