Description

Teltonika EVC 2 22 kW with a Type 2 socket (manufacturer code EVC2002100S0) is the most powerful configuration of the series for a shared location: a company car park, an apartment-block garage, a hotel or a fleet depot. On three phases the station delivers up to 22 kW (32 A per phase), on a single-phase supply 7.4 kW. The socket accepts every user's own Type 2 cable and secures it with an automatic locking pin. CT clamps are already in the box; the front plate is purchased separately.

Who the 22 kW socket is for

Choose this variant if the car's on-board charger supports 22 kW or several different cars will use the station. Another case is a single-phase supply: the 22 kW station charges at 7.4 kW on one phase, the 11 kW model at 3.7 kW. If the supply is not yet ready for 32 A per phase, the installer switch can limit the current to 16 or 20 A and release it later without changing equipment.

Supply and installation

The manufacturer recommends a 40 A circuit breaker and a Type A 30 mA RCD or RCBO ahead of the station – not included. Supply cable 6–10 mm². Housing 190 × 125 × 401 mm, 4.6 kg, IP56 and IK10, operating from −30 °C to +50 °C. Mounted with the metal bracket on a wall or on a separately purchased single, double or quadruple charger pole.

Multiple users and OCPP

Authorisation by NFC card (card and tag in the box, 10-card pack sold separately) or by app. The socket lock engages automatically when a car is connected or can be set to permanently locked. Via OCPP 1.6 JSON the station connects to Monta, Ampeco, GreenFlux and other back ends on the manufacturer's list; to measure the energy consumed, an external MID meter connects over RS-485 (dynamic load balancing is then disabled). The second RS-485 port is for DLM – several stations share the supply capacity.

Load management and solar

The CT clamps in the box let you enable dynamic load balancing straight away – the station follows the whole site's consumption and does not overload the supply. The Solar only, ECO and ECO+ solar modes need a compatible meter (Eastron SDM72D-M, Shelly Pro 3EM, Eastron SEM3 WL) that measures export to the grid. A separate support call for private charging stations is planned; the previous programme required dynamic load management. Warranty 36 months, extendable to 60 months at purchase.
