Description

The SolaX X3-ULT-30K is the largest hybrid inverter in the X3-ULTRA family: 30 kW of three-phase power, a solar array of up to 60 kWp, three MPP trackers and two high-voltage battery ports. It is the variant for a company, production premises, a farm or several buildings on a shared supply, where the daytime load constantly exceeds 25 kW or the roof area allows a 50–60 kWp array.

Power without headroom

Rated and maximum power coincide – 30 kVA, 43.5 A per phase; unlike the 25 kW variant there is no 110 % headroom, so match the array and the loads to the 30 kW limit. Three MPP trackers with two strings each, 36 A per tracker, input up to 1 000 V. 200 % oversizing allows 60 kWp – the surplus modules help in the morning and cloudy hours when array output drops.

The same 24 kW battery power

Battery charge and discharge power according to the manufacturer's manual is 24 kW (60 A, 30 A per port), the same as in the 25 kW variant. So the 30K is worth choosing for a larger array and loads, not for faster storage charging: from a 60 kWp array the battery takes up to 24 kW, the remaining power goes to the loads and to the grid. The storage can be charged from the grid at up to 34.5 kVA.

Backup power for a company

When the grid fails the EPS output supplies 30 kVA, and 60 kVA peaks for 10 s for short starting currents; switchover takes less than 10 ms and the power is distributed to the phases according to each phase's load. Generator and microgrid functions are supported, and up to 10 inverters connect in parallel.

Compatible SolaX batteries

Only SolaX high-voltage batteries from the manufacturer's list: T-BAT SYS HV S2.5, S3.6 and TSYS-HS51 (3–13 modules per port, up to 26 in the system), T-BAT H 5.8 and HV 3.0 (2–4 per port); a third tower is connected by the TcBox-70. We check your configuration before ordering.

Mounting, safety and warranty

The 696 × 240 × 526 mm, 48.5 kg enclosure is fixed to the wall with the bracket supplied; IP66, operation from −35 °C to +60 °C (derated above +45 °C), noise up to 45 dB. Surge arresters (Type II) on the DC and AC side, insulation, residual current and anti-islanding monitoring. Data travels to SolaXCloud through a SolaX Pocket Wi-Fi or LAN module. EU warranty 5 years, connected to SolaX Cloud and uploading data – 10 years free of charge; registration within 90 days of commissioning.
