Frequently asked questions
How much does charger installation cost?
Standard installation costs €449 and covers home chargers up to 11 kW with the switchboard within 5 m. Extended installation (up to 22 kW, three-phase connection, load balancing, switchboard upgrade) is quoted individually once we have carefully reviewed your needs and chosen the most suitable solution.
Do I need a three-phase supply?
An 11 kW charger needs a three-phase supply with 16 A per phase, a 22 kW one 32 A per phase. On a single-phase supply the same charger delivers 3.7–7.4 kW. We assess the switchboard and supply capacity at the quote stage.
How long does it take?
We agree the installation date right after you confirm the quote, around your schedule and our electricians' calendar.
Will the charger trip the breaker?
No. We configure dynamic load balancing: the charger uses only the spare supply capacity, and when the hob or boiler switches on, charging slows briefly and then picks up again.
Do you install in apartment buildings?
Yes – we help obtain the association's consent and install a charger with individual metering at your parking space. For apartment buildings and businesses we prepare the design and handle the permits.
Do you install chargers not bought from EVZONA?
Yes. We run a compatibility and safety check first, and the installation carries the same 5-year warranty.
